Eventually the sheer amount of memory and experience is going to start cluttering their minds to the point they cease to be able to accept new memories. They might very well turn into a sort of super intelligent rock that can only sit there and mull over all that it remembers. :)

Perhaps a nanobot swarm that keeps the hair trimmed below the skinline, or an organic depilitory that simply dissolves hair proteins without touch any other tissues. Or perhaps a sonic device that causes the hair to simply shatter into dust, or shaving droids that have extremely delicate sensors and tiny tiny force blades to do the work. They probably would be similar to medical droids that would be equipted with microscopic instruments.
